Improvement of Structure and Material about Plastic Emulsion Pump for Daily Cosmetic Products Packaging

Abstract:

Because of a waste problem in plastic emulsion pump packaging of daily chemical products, this article recommends an improvement to the structure and material of packaging design for these products. Through the use of several rotation-type sealing connections in the plastic bottle and an organ structure at the internal hose, these re-designs achieve the needs for making full use of package contents and for package reloading functionality. TPE rubber replaces traditional PE plastic, making the improved structure more reasonable to produce, while promoting environmental protection.
