Abstract: Mycobacterium phlei belongs to protozoa,it is innocuous and it doesnt have any pathogenicity to all animals.Base on research of the biologic character of the hydrophobic microorganism and analysis of the FTIR spectrum and so on.Experiment results indicated that the surface of Mycobacterium phlei contains cyclanes,alicyclic hydrocarbon,aromatic nucleus and many kinds of organic function group and ionizing group so it was highly hydrophobic and highly charge.Because of this special biology surface character,Mycobacterium phlei may selective adsorption on the surface of coal and make coal form flock,and meanwhile effectually get rid of pyritic sulfur in coal.The Experimental effect of the Mycobacterium phlei on the getting rid of pyretic in the coal was obvious.The maximum pyrite desulphurization rate was reach to 72.63%,but the desulphurization percentage of organic sulfur was lower.The desulphurization rate was only 18.91%.

Abstract: In this thesis the chromatography on DEAE-Cellulose 52 was used to isolate the crude polysaccharide from purple sweet potato (PPSP) . To get the purest polysaccharide from the purple sweet potato for the purpose, the influence of different pH environments and whether the fractions eluted with the high and low ionic strength eluents in corresponding pH environment during the elution process had the hybrid phenomenon were studied. Finally, results suggested that the purest polysaccharide of purple sweet potato would be got in the neutral and low ionic strength solution of NaCl when the crude polysaccharide was isolated by the chromatography column on DEAE-Cellulose 52 according to this study, and in this thesis the low ionic strength solution of NaCl was 11.7g.L-1, the elution rate of polysaccharide eluted with it was about 3% and the purity was about 94%.

Abstract: The stearate-2-hydroxy-3-propane sulfonic acid sodium salt was synthesized by using sodium bisulfite,epichlorohydrin,sodium phosphate and stearic acid.The influence factors on reaction temperature, reaction time ,the amount of catalyst and reactant molar ratio and so on to the yield were investigated.The favorable conditions of synthesizing were determined:Epichlorohydrin was dropped into the solution of sodium bisulfite of 85°C,the dropping 2h and keeping 1.5h. 3-chlorine-2-hydroxy-propane sulfonic acid sodium was synthesized. 3-chlorine-2-hydroxy-propane sulfonic acid sodium was dropped into the solution of sodium phosphate at 55°C and 4h reaction time.The 2,3-oxiranemethane sulfonic acid sodium salt was synthesized. reactant molar ratio: 1:1.1,2,3-oxiranemethane sulfonic acid sodium salt solution was dropped into the solution of stearic acid of 90°C,the dropping 0.5h and keeping 2.5h . Stearic acid-2-hydroxy-3-propane sulfonic acid sodium salt was synthesized. The yield was 85.1 %.The product was characterized by FTIR. The surface tensions of the surfactant product water solutions were determined, The critical micelle concentrations of 4.62mmol/L were obtained.Artificial core physical simulation flooding experiments was developed.the flooding efficiency of the surfactant is about 12.21%.

Abstract: The results indicated that the sweet sorghum straw bio-feed fermented in bags and cellar pits by the Compound Microbial Agent both could increase the content of the crude protein (CP) and reduce the content of the fibrinogen (FIB) compared with control group. The content of CP in bags fermented by Complex Microbial group has increased 71% and the content of FIB has reduced 8%. The CP content of cellar pits fermented by Complex Microbial group has increased 91% and the FIB content has reduced 24.5% . Compared with Silage corn stalks group , sweet sorghum straw bio-feed fermented by the Compound Microbial Agent could also improve the content of milk protein (14.03%,16.81%) and butterfat rate (16.3%, 92.98%) and reduce the somatic cell's number (5.15%,6.86%) in the milk. It has promoted the cows capacity to produce milk and also improved the quality and flavor of dairy product.

Abstract: Wheat is the most important foodstuff in the world. The proteins in wheat were classified into solubility groups and insolubility. Moreover, the proteins of wheat were divided into four groups, which are glutenin, gliadins, globulins and albumins. The work was according these four characteristic of proteins in wheat to review. This work may provide a useful tool for researching proteins in wheat in the future.

Abstract: Objective observation of Tibetan medicine rhodiola on high altitude Pulmonary edema in rats and HIF-1a expression changes. Method Will 50 only male SD rats randomly divided into 5 group , are often oxygen control group (Xi'an , altitude 5m ), acute hypoxia control group (Xi'an , altitude 5m ), acute hypoxia Group (naqu , elevation 4500m ), rhodiola acclimatization control group ( Xi'an , altitude 5m ), rhodiola altitude acclimatization group (naqu, elevation 4500m ) , light and electron microscopic observation of lung tissue samples , immunohistochemical detection of various groups of lung tissue HIF-la expression, RT-PCR method detection altitude hypoxia group animal lungs HIF-la mRNA expression changes. Results Acute hypoxia group lung tissue microstructure and Ultrastructure of a discernible high altitude pulmonary edema, and after the Tibetan medicine rhodiola after high altitude pulmonary edema is significantly reduced, ( as in Figure 123456). Lung tissue within the immunohistochemical detection not see HIF-la protein expression, RT-PCR detection SD big rat intraperitoneal injection of rhodiola extract 40g BGE/kg, 2h open back began to rise 4h, peak, after declining 24h, basically back to their normal control group , level rhodiola medicine acclimatization group HIF a 1 am RNA expression are clearly higher than the atmospheric oxygen control group and acute hypoxia group (p < 0.01). Conclusions Tibetan medicine rhodiola on lung tissue HIF-lamRNA expression of conducive to reduce hypoxic rats high altitude pulmonary edema.

Abstract: For protecting the environment, reducing pollution and saving our precious natural resources, a new technology of wool shrinkproof was investigated in this paper. Wool/husks yarn was used as materials to knit fabrics.Through special steam treatment and sericin fixation finishing, the steaming conditions and the optimal technical parameters of sericin fixing were determined. The results showed that when steaming temperature was100 degrees Celsius and steaming time was 10min, the effect of steaming was good. The optimal technical parameters of sericin fixing were glutaraldehyde concentration 0.2%, treating time 60min and temperature 40 degrees Celsius. On this condition, the wool fabric shrinkage was 1.99%.

Abstract: In order to transcription and expression an exogenous gene just in transgenic strawberry fruit, the gene encoding tomato fruit-specific E8 promoter was cloned. We constructed plant expression vector with E8 promoter replace the CaMV35S of pBI121 that used for transformation of strawberry. Recombination plasmid was identified by PCR, restriction enzymes digestion and sequencing analysis, and transfered into the agrobacterium EHA105 strain. At the same time, the agrobacterium EHA105, transformation and no transformation tissue of strawberry used as the experiment materials to study the expression of reporter gene gusA by the histochemical staining method. The results show that agrobacterium which contains gusA gene and strawberry organization of transformation can be dyed blue, others were not stain. So in testing the transgenic plants by agroinfiltration transient expression system can reduce or avoid false positive appearance.

Abstract: In order to probe the structure of chondroitin sulfate (CS) from tilapia fish, the CS was extracted from tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) byproducts with the combination of ultrasonic and microwave, some means including high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), infrared spectra (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) were used in this paper. The data of HPLC exhibited that the obtained chondroitin sulfate is of highly purity (98.78%). IR and NMR spectra indicated that the sample consisted of both chondroitin-4-sulfate and chondroitin-6-sulfate, and the proportion of chondroitin-6-sulfate was higher than chondroitin-4-sulfate.

Abstract: Xylanase is effective and specificity to xylose catalytic degradation, and has strong adaptability. In this paper, effect of xylanase treatment on the drainge and physical properties of high yield pulp was studied. The results showed that, compared with the untreated high yield pulp .The brightness of the treated pulp increased 1.84 %ISO, light scattering coefficient alse increased, opacity coefficient decreased. Tearing index, breaking length and bursting index respectively increased by 15.7%,9.07% and 14.85%.
