Multivariate Index Evaluation Model for Product Form by Integration with Manufacturer Performance and its Application in Car Interior

Article Preview

Abstract:

Evaluation of product form can't take aesthetics as the only standard, because people's experience of product form is complex. Manufacturer performance, man-machine performance, aesthetic factor, etc, should be considered. In this paper a multivariate index evaluation model for product form is structured integrating manufacturer performance, aesthetics and man-machine performance. By combination of AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the three main indexes and all sub-indexes of product form quantitatively, the subjection vector of all indexes relative to evaluation set and the comprehensive evaluation value are calculated. Then the form schemes can be classified into different grades and sorted. At last, by application on car interior, the reasonableness and feasibility of this method is proved.
