Abstract: Hardware and software design of high-precision real-time analyzer of water in oil that focuses on AT89C52 SCM is introduced. ICL7135A / D conversion is applied to realize high-precision data acquisition in the analog signal acquisition channels, method of true and false load is adopted to inhibit the interference signal in data acquisition department and data transmission channel, and the stability of data is improved through the operation of software. Digital tube is applied to display the measured value, an alarm signal would be sent out if the value exceeds the set value, and at the same time the control signal of the start of oil-water separation equipment would be given. The analyzer is constituted by SCM, shortwave emitter, data processing section, result display and some other components, the system structure is simple and reliable, and the measuring accuracy is high.

Abstract: Coefficient of mean linear thermal expansion is an important physical property of glasses. It is the key thermodynamic property to evaluate the thermal stability and matching sealing of glasses. The measurement results of coefficient of mean linear thermal expansion obtained by different dilatometers showed that glass expands slowly with nonlinearity below 50 °C. It suggested that the initial temperature of measurement would be set above 50 °C, as behaves better repeatability and reliability of measurement than 20 °C as standard method set.

Abstract: Micro gears are applied in an increasing quantity in many applications. Therefore, precise measurements are of growing importance to ensure their quality. This paper studies the electronic generative and automatic indexing measurement system in a micro gear (with a module less than 0.2mm) measuring instrument, and develops a loop proportioned driving approach and a stage-error compensation technique. The approach and the technique have been successfully applied in the micro gear measuring instrument developed by the authors. The experiment shows that the application of the approach and the technique greatly reduces the cost of measuring instrument, with simple control and reliable operation.

Abstract: This paper examines the precision analysis model provided according to the principle of indirect adjustment, to simulate the positioning accuracy at all different conditions including the location of station in total station, the accuracy of angular and side surveying, and compares the accuracy of free-station positioning for only two back-sight points. The results shown that the accuracy of side surveying for instrument has significant influence on positioning accuracy greater than that of angular survey, and the location of stationing points near to the connection line between two back-sight points was benefit for improving the accuracy of positioning.

Abstract: This paper describes the structure and the modules of the automatic fire alarm system. On this basis, it gave an effective and reasonable way to divide the fire and fire-fighting equipment for automatic fire alarm system controller linkage control module. Still it designed the linkage relationship, the linkage input and database storage linkage output to realize this linkage control module.

Abstract: In order to improve the testing efficiency of the cylinder leakage, a measure and control system based on LabVIEW is put forwards into application. This paper introduces a method of cylinder leakage calculation and proposes a cylinder leakage standard curves analysis method, and designs the hardware system mainly using the Mitsubishi PLC and the Art USB5935 acquisition card and the software system based on LabVIEW.

Abstract: Designed a monitoring system for Electric Vehicle battery controller to calibrate the parameters and detect the faults. The Monitoring System consists of host monitoring software and USB (Universal Serial Bus) 2.0 interface module. Programmed by C#, host monitoring software provides a UI (User Interface) to display the status of the battery controller and send the command to it. USB 2.0 interface module uses the chip Cy7C68013A to transfer data between the host monitoring software and battery controller. Tests showed that the monitoring system supported hot Plug and Play, high speed mode and easy portability. This system greatly reduces the user operating difficult, and improves the battery efficiency.

Abstract: Fault diagnosis for marine engine system can be achieved by cluster process. We propose a multiple clusters method using label propagation model repeatedly to cluster for fault samples. Due to randomness in label propagation, some classes which are not easy to be found in single cluster can be found. To verify the performance of this method, the samples from self-manufactured marine engine room simulator are used in fault diagnosis simulation experiment. Both fault analysis results and fault diagnosis results are completely correct, and fault pattern which is not in fault history data can be recognized.

Abstract: In order to reduce the time and labor cost, an unattended testing system which can be monitored remotely for fatigue crack growth threshold test was developed. Compliance technique is used to measure fatigue crack length automatically. GSM modem and industrial camera are utilized to realize remote monitoring. Fatigue crack growth threshold test on J2 steel, which is used on the wheel of high-power locomotive, has been carried out with the developed system. The testing process and results demonstrated the safety and efficiency of the system.

Abstract: The disaster early-warning and corresponding prediction based on the nonlinear models is one of the important research aspects in the scope of natural disaster prediction and prevention. In this paper, the principle of applying heuristic algorithms to modify the classical neural networks so that some improved models with more efficiency can be achieved is proposed. The detailed structure and implementation of such model is also provided by building a heuristic-optimized neural network (HNN) model. Some regional flood data of China is then applied to conduct the prediction with the proposed model. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model can achieve higher accuracy and find an appropriate trade-off between the cost of processing time and precision, compared to the normal nonlinear models.
