Abstract:

Multi variety and small batch production mod has brought such challenges to China's small and medium enterprises as more difficult of production planning increased difficulty of material requirement planning, and difficult of clearance after order completion. How to adapt to the developments and changes in the market and respond effectively to "multi variety and small batch" production mode, Chinese SMEs should adopt such strategies as changing employee values, reshaping corporate culture, developing complex human resources, building internal efficiency and information management systems.
