Intelligent Optimization Design on Brake Experiment Platform

Article Preview

Abstract:

Design on brake is one of the most important aspects of the vehicle design. Large number of experiment must be carried out. But unable to carry out road test in the design stage, so we can only equivalent simulation test on the experiment platform. This requires to control the experiment platform. This paper firstly set up the model of rotational inertia and solve the model, then adopt gray prediction method based on gray theory to create model. To predict the drive current and detect it. We realize the model and find the result of the method are quite satisfied with the accuracy reached 0.9999.
