Modeling and Motion Simulation of Loader Working Device Based on ProE

Abstract:

The development situation and prospects of the loader is mainly introduced, and to describe the loader movement simulation design of specific flow. The main parts three-dimensional solid modeling method and model assembly design process for the loader working device are described in detail. At the same time, the parts of mechanical structure for the loader working device carry on motion statics and strength analysis. Through the use of Pro/E in the loader working device to build 3D solid modeling, to realize the movement simulation of the loader working device process, and then to analyze the working device movement component in the course of the campaign that includes motor coordination relationship, motion range design, the possible movement interference check and other problems and outputs the results.
