Energy-Saving Measures of a 1Mt/a Gasoline and Diesel Hydrofining Unit

Article Preview

Abstract:

The energy saving operation optimization of a 1Mt/a gasoline and diesel hydrofining unit was performed. The specific measures include: ① Make the heated feedstock to be feed directly; ② Take targeted measures to avoid the bed pressure drop increasing too fast. According to the methods of the operation optimization above, they could be expected to be able to save 400 tons of standard coal per year for the company, which have certain economic benefits. They can also increase the safety of the unit.
