Thermal Parameter Optimization of Waste Heat Power Generation System that Used in a Float Method Glass Klin

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the parameters of flue gas in a float glass klin we designed and discussed the thermal parameters of its waste heat power generation system. According to the thermal equilibrium calculated data that based on the internationally accepted water and steam thermodynamic properties formula IAPWS-IF97. Respectively regarded the lowest exhaust gas temperature and the maximum generating capacity as the final targets. We analyzed the two designs. Finally we got the conclusion that we should take the maximum generating capacity as the goal.
