Abstract:

The paper takes mathematical morphology into locomotive image by operating the high frequency sub image after wavelet first level decomposition, finding the license rectangular area, extracting the area position by area researching, and then further making sure the license area by line and row projecting. Keywords: wavelet; rectangular area; area researching;
