Research on the Customer Requirement Processing for Mass Customization

Abstract:

This paper built the customer requirement processing flow for mass customization, and analyzes the customer group’s and discrete customer’s requirement processing flow. On this basis, the acquisition and criterion of customer requirement, the customer requirement information analysis, the evaluation of customer satisfaction(EOCS) has been studied and discussed.
