Abstract:

There are many characters in power distribution and utilization business such as transparent transmission, centralized transmission, various types etc, which cause network delay, severe congestion, and bandwidth resources waste. First, this paper studies and analyzes the needs of power distribution and utilization business, then combined with comprehensive evaluation model, the membership of each power distribution and utilization business is decided, which reflects the reliability and real-time performance of power distribution and utilization business synthetically. According to the value of membership, each business data flow is distinguished by different identifications which change the transparent transmission mode and realize the purpose of network participation.
