Abstract:

Taking 12,802 fully-mechanized mining face in Mine Yunjialing in Wuan, Hebei Province,China for example, high-water quick consolidated filling materials was used to mechanized build and to fill leaving roadway, high-water quick consolidated filling materials of PACK type was utilized in this work, the suitable ratio of water and feed ratio is 1.575:1 and the design size of filling bags is 3000mm × 2000mm × 2500mm (length × width × high). After site detection of the strength and pressure of filling body, the filling effect meets the production requirements.
