Determination of the Content of Imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Evaluation of the Measurement Uncertainty in Using High Efficiency Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:

Radix angelicae dahuricae can treat various pains pretty well. Imperatorin can be clinically used in anti-inflammatory and anti-bacteria. For a long time, usually high efficiency liquid chromatography was used to test imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae. The experimental method has been set up completely. However, the detection results for the same sample are different when determined by different laboratories, even in a same lab but the determent was performed by different person, the results still has some errors. In order to evaluate the uncertainty, this project detected the imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae and analyzed the source of uncertainty, then we found the determined result of the imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae has a confidence interval.This study plays a adjustment role on detecting the imperatorin.
