Extended Innovative Product Design with Hosiery Materials

Abstract:

According to the requirements of the extended innovative product design with hosiery materials from the manufacturer, this study adopted the purposive sampling method with the students from two first-grade classes of the Department of Design in a university of science and technology in Taiwan who entered the university in 2011 as the research subjects, in the teaching and learning processes of a professional design curriculum performed idea inspiration and creative method applications though the cooperative teaching methods with the teachers, discussed and modified the works through individual discussion teaching methods, scored the works based on the pre-set criteria, and selected more representative creative works as the references of product extended design and R&D for the manufactures.
