Abstract:

The paper introduces the technology to extend the USART of the single chip microcomputer AVR, which can be realized by using the serial port extension chip GM8125. The technology can be applied to the monitoring of temperature and smoke etc. The hardware design and software design are completed and the anti-interference problem is also solved.
