Abstract:

Pure silk has good luster and biological compatibility , but its conductivity is very poor; CNT(carbon nanotubes) is good at adsorbing and has good conductivity. Therefore, with CNT modifying silk fabric, silk fabric properties could be improved. In this paper, the CNT was purified and modified with acid, and the silk fabric was modified with CNT which was treated. And it studied the effects of solution’s pH, the concentration of CNT, reaction time, reaction temperature and bath ratio on modification. The best process conditions of the study was determined by the results of gain rate of weight and K/S value, namely: the solution pH is 4, the weight of CNT is 0.06 g, the reaction time is 90 minutes, the reaction temperature is 95 °C and reaction of bath ratio is 1:200. Under this condition, the conductivity performance of the sample, is best.
