Determination of Dye Concentration in Two Dyes System Solution by Double Wavelength Spectrophotometry

Article Preview

Abstract:

To get the accepted related error between real and measured concentration, some mathematics methods may be used. After they are compared, double wavelengths spectrophotometry is choosen. This method has many advantages, such as simple operation, low demand and favorable effect. And the situation about determining the concentration and relative error of two components under different mixed proportion were discussed. Finally, the conclusion is indicated that double wavelengths spectrophotometry is a quite ideal method. The concentration of dye may be measured easily and the related error is quite low below 8%.
