Abstract: The cloud manufacturing brings forward a new idea of manufacturing resource sharing with service-oriented. Recent advances in information technology, such as cloud computing, internet of things, make it easier for heterogeneous resources in different regions to remote collaboration in cloud manufacturing. To help improve the success of distributed manufacturing resource sharing for service provider and user in building material and equipment enterprise (BMEE), the order-oriented cloud service library (OCSL) and order-based model for shared manufacturing resources (OMSMR) are proposed after analysing the management features of manufacturing resources in BMEE. The OCSL gives a relationship description between task orders and related services. Moreover, a case study is undertaken to evaluate the proposed model. The model brings into manufacturing industry for manufacturing resource sharing with a number of benefits such as openness, integrity and traceability.

Abstract: Based on the interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) characteristics of the analysis, combined with the current situation of China's engineering machinery repair, comparative analysis of technical advantages of using IETM technology in engineering machinery repair in data acquisition technology, from the speed, fault isolation efficiency and personnel's work efficiency and other aspects, discusses the necessity of its application; combined with IETM production standards, from the main creative part of IETM, such as information generation, information management, production of interactive interface, several aspects of publishing, explains IETM make the development process and the main production platform. By using the structure block diagram, showing the method of information production and information management mode, and the main modules in the block diagram and function are described; and discusses future development proposals.

Abstract: In the mobile industry, mobile cover is the primary manifestations of the look of the phone, which is made up of complex curved surface, the cover design and directly affect the quality of phone design efficiency and competitiveness. Take mobile front cover as the example, introduced the process of product modeling and mold design using the Pro/E software. Elaborated this product 3D design method in detail, introduced with emphasis the mold design cycle and design of the parting surface, the mold die space and the core. Software applications shorten product cycles, mold design and processing cycles, improving the accuracy of product design, and reduce product development and tooling costs, proof of use efficiency characteristics of Pro/E plastic mould design.

Abstract: Production management is the core of the information management of automobile manufacturing industry, can help the enterprise organization and management of production. This paper analyses the important role of production management and the process in the current information management system of automobile. Put forward the design idea and overall framework based on Browser/Server 3 layer architecture model of production management system of automobile industry, designed the function module of the system according to the enterprise production and management mode and the analysis of the various functional modules, and finally the whole work flow of production management systems in the automobile industry are given. The system can effectively organize and manage the production, enhance enterprise supply capacity.

Abstract: Design a pilot experiment to purify biogas, remove and separate the impurities such as sulfur, water in the biogas to separate carbon dioxide and methane with the method of high pressure liquefaction. Pressure filling the methane into the cylinders after the purification and separation, which will be used for civilian or vehicle. A deep analysis to the process of pilot producing technology of the biogas purification compression and filling can solve the various practical technical problems that appear in the pilot, improve the equipment, technology and specific operations in the test, in order to facilitate industrial popularization and application.

Abstract: An innovative industrial clusters knowledge conduction is a duplicate dynamic game process, the traditional static game model is no longer applicable to the analysis of the motives of innovative industrial clusters inter-organizational cooperation. In this dynamic repeated game process, cooperative enterprises in each stage of the game will also face two basic strategic choice: cooperative (knowledge transfer) or uncooperative (betrayal, that is no knowledge transfer). In the course of this game, when the risks outweigh the benefits, the power of knowledge source transfer knowledge may not be enough. As an important mechanism to ensure that the contract honest implementation, reputation networks can be overcome the negative attitude of the tissue conduction knowledge to some extent, to promote knowledge sources maintain cooperative relations under the constraints of the reputation network, for knowledge sharing and conduction. It can be said that the reputation network constraints on cluster participants cooperative attitude can be seen as a necessary condition for organizations conduction knowledge in the cluster.

Abstract: Reverse engineering, as the advanced absorption technique, playing a vital role in shortening the design time of products and providing technological guarantee for modeling design of products, is the latest hotspot in the present technological field. The application principle of this technology is to turn the primary physical modeling into design modeling through the transformative platform. It serves as both the technological foundation in intensifying the engineering quality and the information for accurate analysis of modeling design data and processing of modeling profile. Coupled with modernized design concept and improved creativity , reverse engineering capitalize fully on CAE/CAM/CAD technology to integrate the current resources for information supply of manufacturing accurate modeling. The practice of reverse engineering could be conducive to bring the preference of measuring equipment into full play so as to improve the data processing ratio in CAD/CAM system and advance the level of industrial design for the purpose of manufacturing automation.

Abstract: The hybrid model of products disassembly is built, and a method of generating disassembly sequence is given. The disassembly sequence optimization model based on Genetic Algorithms is built based on the hybrid graph, and gained an optimal disassembly sequence.

Abstract: This paper took the enterprises of make-to-stocking (MTS) as the research object. It introduced the features of MTS enterprises and different forecasting methods. It analyzed the importance of the forecast for Production Planning. With the gray forecasting methods, an appropriate model was established. The model was solved by using the Matlab software. Finally, the results proved the superiority of the gray prediction method by comparing the gray prediction with traditional forecasting methods accuracy. It could be applied in the actual production.
