Abstract: Firstly this thesis summarized the research status about traditional modeling technology and the feature-based parameterized modeling technology about components. Secondly the article developed an idea of part parametric modeling technology research based on function module and its program realization method, on the basis of analyzing mechanical characteristic decomposition and building, parameter constraint condition, methods of module creating division and combination and numerical simulation of the part components modeling. In the text of the dissertation we also gave an example of gears and verified the validity and practical applicability about the text of the proposed method. Application of modular modeling technology can shorten modeling time and improve parts design efficiency for the same type and series of part. Especially it has great reference value on the creation of complex model.

Abstract: The monitoring and control system for ozone production based on ZigBee wireless communication technology is designed in this paper. With the JN5139 module of Jennic company that includes the microcontroller and ZigBee wireless transceiver as the core, the field node of the monitoring and control system is set up to measure and control the production parameters. The master control terminal is designed to measure the input power of ozone production and to perform the functions, such as data processing, alarming and human-computer interaction etc., based on the PC104. The wireless monitoring and control can be implemented for important parameters of ozone production. The ZigBee wireless network makes the system more compact, flexible and practical.

Abstract: This paper describes a novel GPS/INS loose integrated navigation algorithms which is intended for applications with GPS signal is obtained at intervals of an hour or even longer. Since the constant errors of IMU can be removed greatly by dual-axis modulation, stochastic error introduced by the gyros of IMU is the main systemic error source which leads the azimuth error to divergent as a function of time, the novel method called Two Point Correction (TPC) is applied to compensate the stochastic error. The psi-angle differential equations are used to estimate the azimuth error of INS. As a result, the methods implemented for the real system and the performance is significantly enhanced, while the required numerical methods are simple and efficient.

Abstract: Single parameter alarm system have the defects of high false positives, frequent alarm and weak abilities to comprehensively analysis the parameters because abnormalities usually occur in the water quality monitoring. As a result, this paper designs an alarm system to monitor the process that can intelligently analysis parameters combined with the duration of the alarm by using fuzzy reasoning method. Besides, the alarm output is divided into several levels, and corresponding services will be triggered by the alarm output in different levels. At the same time, the operators can get the detailed information of the alarm in the shortest time and take the valid control strategies. Finally, the system will achieve the optimal control with safety.

Abstract: The prediction and control of the hot strips width is one of the key factors to reducing metal loss in hot roughing. Bayesian approach can control the parameters of neural network by calculating some super-parameters. This paper proposes a prediction model of the hot-rolled steel strips width based on Bayesian Neural Network, through application on the data of a 1500mm steel rolling production line in China, the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) between the predicted width value and real width value less than 10mm, this result shows that the precision of prediction is superior to some traditional mathematical model such as BP-neural networks. In this paper, we conclude that Bayesian neural network can improve the forecast precision of the hot strips width.

Abstract: Electricity has become the foundation of the national economy. Electric power security concerns the vital interests of people , economic development and social stability. Power system relay protection and automatic device is a reliable guarantee for safe and stable operation of power system .On the basis of the over current protection , low voltage lockout over current protection can improve the reliability of protection action by using low voltage lockout condition. The article describes the structure of low voltage lockout over current protection system and working state of it.The simulation results indicate that the system can correctly reflect the working state of protection, and it is conducive to understand the working principle of low voltage lockout over current protection . So, the system has practical application value.

Abstract: During the prediction of Linear exponential smoothing model,the value of the coefficient has a little blindness,which is always valued by experience.This paper uses FOA model to optimize it in Linear exponential smoothing model,constructing the hybrid forecasting model this paper uses to predict the reactive load of a substation.Then,this paper uses the hybrid forecasting model to forecast reactive load.The results show that:compared with the traditional Linear exponential smoothing model,the hybrid forecasting model is effective not only on selecting parameter values ,but also improving the prediction accuracy of the reactive load to a big extent.

Abstract: Single phase ground fault has the highest rate to happen in distribution network, use the method based on transient component can improve line selection accuracy effectively. sensitivity and directional selectivity can improved by using dual tree complex wavelet transform than using discrete wavelet translation, there is a decaying current fault line and normal line of difference, the difference is phase to phase delay reflected in current after wavelet transformation , the fault line and normal line zero sequence current and zero sequence current proportion relationship, there still worse a decaying direct current component, the normal phase between the two zero sequence currents are equal, therefore according to the phase relation after wavelet decomposition when will still be able to distinguish the fault line and normal line. Using the fast operation speed of digital signal processor can realized the fault line selection algorithm.

Abstract: Impedance test is very critical for estimating the SOC and SOH of Li-ion battery. In this paper, a novel AC-DC isolation method applied in the impedance test is proposed based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) with the technique of dynamic frequency scanning. Specifically, we analyze the presented AC-DC isolation methods and design an isolation module with the inverting superposition of Root Mean Square (RMS), which is compared with passive filtering and active filtering via the simulation and experimental test. The results show that the proposed isolation module can meet the performance requirement determined by the EIS test system, without the bandwidth limit, the phase shift and the DC bias.

Abstract: The large power current is sampled by Rogowski coil, then transforms the sampling signals from AC to DC and regulates the signals, the current detection unit is formed with FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) and GMM (Giant Magnetostrictive Material), the current measurement is achieved based on the F-P interferometer filter demodulation system, finally, linear relationship between the Bragg wavelength shift and external current is validated by experiment.
