Abstract: In this article, the changes of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film properties and its law are analyzed during the ultraviolet and thermal aging. Using accelerated aging methods in laboratory,it was found that the tensile strength by ultraviolet aging fell down, on the contrary, it raised by thermal aging. This result indicate that PVC film was not aged to reduce the tensile strength at 50°C for 120h.We found the air permeability curves rose firstly then to decline, and the moisture permeability of PVC film curves declined by the two aging methods. The effects of the ultraviolet aging on the air and moisture permeability were a marked decrease.

Abstract: Aging of plastics occurs in use, it makes the performance degrade, and losing use value finally. In order to compare ultraviolet aging with thermal aging, we carry out a pilot study on the performance changes of PE film. The results demonstrated that the tensile property became lower under two aging methods, the tensile property during the thermal aging decreased by 6.07% but it was 15.08% in the ultraviolet aging at 120h, obviously the effects of the ultraviolet aging on the tensile strength were more significant, it declined faster. The air permeability curves were on the rise under the two aging methods, the results demonstrated that the effect of the ultraviolet aging on the air permeability rose slightly more than the thermal aging. The moisture permeability curves decreased firstly and then increased, but the values of the ultraviolet aging were higher.

Abstract: take the travel time distribution of elastic wave of engineering medium acquired by using elastic wave CT technology when the engineering quality testing as the research object, select the SIRT technology to complete inversion of wave velocity data to construct distribution image of wave velocity. The main content of the research is inversion techniques of CT data. Key technology is to introduce Fluorescence Molecular Tomography based on ray equation or wave equation, and carry out the iterative reconstruction of data, calculate the travel time distribution of elastic wave in the project media into wave velocity distribution, so that the image has a clearer description about detected object. Establish a set of elastic wave CT data imaging inversion platform, and make the CT image reflect the actual project quality more realistically through image optimizing.

Abstract: The crystallization and rheological properties of PET were studied by using capillary remoter and plate remoter in the paper. The results showed that the addition of PEN could improve the rheological property of PEN/PET blends and the addition of PC could improve the toughness of PEN/PET blends. Besides, Nucleating agent could accelerate the crystallization rate and form crystal particles with small dense in order to improve the properties of impact resistance, tensile strength and transparency of products.

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of 500kV power line engineering materials parameters to EFT/B is discussed. When the 500kV line isolation switch cut off no-load line, arc would generate between the disconnecting switch. This paper mainly discussed the influence that disconnecting time on the electrical fast transient burst. At the time of the current zero-crossing, if the arc gap dielectric strength is less than the arc gap recovery voltage, the arc gap will be broken-down and the arc reignites. This paper analyses the influence on EFT/B caused by different power line engineering materials parameters including the moment of arc reigniting, transformer inductance and capacitance of power line. Through this research we can effectively reduce the disconnecting time by change the power line engineering materials parameters and improve the state of EFT/B.

Abstract: This paper chose triadimenol as a corrosion inhibitor of copper in 0.5mol/L sulfuric acid. The properties of corrosion inhibition were investigated by the polarization measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Polarization curves showed that both cathodic and anodic processes of copper corrosion were suppressed. The inhibiting efficiency increased as the increment of the inhibitor concentration and reached 86.7% at 50 mg/L. The results obtained from EIS measurements are in line with that obtained from potentiodynamic polarization. Finally, a mechanism of inhibition is proposed and discussed.

Abstract: This study investigated the different effect of three chemical activators on mechanical properties and porosity of cement-base repair mortar, whose binder consists of 80% cement and 20% mineral admixture. Test of mechanical properties indicate that the addition of 5% chemical activator A increase both the early and later strengths of repair mortar. The presence of 3% chemical activator C increase the early strength but has no significantly affect on the later strength. Measurement of pore structure indicate that repair mortar with chemical activator has lower total porosity and finer pore structure due to the presence of chemical activator which accelerate the pozzolanic reaction and densify the mortar pore structure.
