Abstract: By optimizing the relevant dendrite growth parameters of Ni-Cu alloy undercooling melt, it has studied the effect that the dendrite evolution process of undercooled melt and the degree of undercooling melt have on the dendrite growth of undercooling melt. In the isothermal and non-isothermal solidification condition, relatively accurate result is obtained by applying the phase field method to simulate Ni-Cu alloy. Simulation results show non-isothermal simulation with Neuman boundary condition suit to the actual physical process better.

Abstract: The low density polyethylene (LDPE)/ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) blend films and LDPE/POE/inorganic particle composite films were prepared. By means of DSC method, the crystallization capability and the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of LDPE composite films were investigated, the results show that the addition of DE can reduce the interfacial free energy of the crystal and the active energy of a nucleus, resulting in stable nuclei can be formed at lower supercooling, which makes the polymer crystallized successfully at high temperatures. By selecting data processing method of Mo ZS and modified Jeziorny, the results indicate that the DE play a role of heterogeneous nucleation agent in the process of crystallization and increased the crystalline rate of LDPE.

Abstract: In this paper, by combined analyzing the configuration, content and composition of the wear debris in the lubricating grease and the surface state of the worn surface with ferrography and surface analysis techniques, the wear mechanism of material 20Cr2Ni4A was determined. Results showed that the controlling wear mechanism is combined abrasion, adhesion, contact fatigue and corrosion wear.

Abstract: The flow parameters of fluctuating pressure and fluctuating velocity in the gap can be changed by the porous absorption material on the leading edge of upper surface of the flap of multi-element airfoil (GAW-1),and the aerodynamic characteristics is also altered. Experiment was conducted in the NF-3 wind tunnel. It turns out that porous absorption material has a significant effect on fluctuating velocity (i.e. turbulent kinetic energy), and the lift coefficient drops when fluctuating velocity increases ; but the influence on RMS of fluctuating pressure on upper surface is not obvious; the average speed in gap is reduced. The PSD of fluctuating pressure and fluctuating velocity show that low-frequency signal has a more obvious influence on lift of multi-element airfoils than high-frequency.

Abstract: This experiment use natural clinoptilolite powder as main materials to prepare the large specific surface and high porosity spherical compound filter material by adding adhesive and pore-forming agent etc.This compound filter material has favourable effect when treating sanitary wastewater. The static adsorption test showed that the absorption ratio of ammonia-nitrogen is 58.5% when the compound filter material dosage was 100g/L, NH4+-N concentration was 100mg/L and the contact time was 40min.The cure fitting of the adsorption isotherm of NH4+-N on the compound filter material could be well described by the Langmuir formula and R2 (the coefficient of determination) is 0.99216. At the stably running phase, when the average concentrations of influent NH3-N was 35mg/L, the average removal ratio and concentration of effluent NH4+-N reached 83.51% and 5.81mg/L which could meet the first degree of national wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996).

Abstract: The static absorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen on Silicon based compound filter material can be as high as 149.9048 mg/g, it’s the interactive effect of silica based compound filter material physical adsorption and single molecule layer absorption. Denitrification of sewage in the system can be finished through ion-exchange properties and adsorption effect together under the function of kinds of microbe co-degradation.Not only Hypoxia column does happen the traditional denitrification role, but also a new type of anaerobic ammonium oxidation denitrification happens.

Abstract: Manganese oxide is one of the most attractive inorganic materials because of its structural flexibility and wide applications in catalysis, ion exchange, electrochemical supercapacitors, molecular adsorption, biosensors, and so on. In recently, manganese oxides nanomaterials, including MnO, MnO2 and Mn3O4, have attracted great interest as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries and water treatment due to their high theoretical capacity, environmental benignity, low cost, and special properties. Hence, manganese oxides nanostructures with excellent properties and various morphologies have been successfully synthesized. Herein, we provide a recent development of the synthesis of manganese oxides nanomaterials and their application.

Abstract: Accurate identification of model parameters is to improve the giant magnetostrictive precision displacement control key, For single algorithm is difficult to achieve for giant magnetostrictive hysteresis nonlinear model parameters accurately identify problems, in this paper, the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm fusion, First, quick search ability of genetic algorithm are used to get a better community, recycle kick ability of simulated annealing algorithm to to adjust and optimize the whole group, Presented an improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm, And its application to the giant magnetostrictive actuator displacement hysteresis nonlinear model parameter identification. The algorithm combines the advantages of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, both the faster convergence speed, and improves the precision and quality of the optimal solution.
