Wear Mechanisms Analysis of Material 20Cr2Ni4A

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, by combined analyzing the configuration, content and composition of the wear debris in the lubricating grease and the surface state of the worn surface with ferrography and surface analysis techniques, the wear mechanism of material 20Cr2Ni4A was determined. Results showed that the controlling wear mechanism is combined abrasion, adhesion, contact fatigue and corrosion wear.
