Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and electrical load, the social power demand becomes intense. At the same time, the blackout of large areas at home and abroad in recent years has exposed the vulnerability of capacity of anti-external shock of the grid. While, distributed generation has many advantages such as environmentally friendliness, flexibility, decentralizing, high efficiency, good reliability, and it is considered to be a beneficial supplement for large-scale power grid in future. Micro-grid monitoring technology is able to effectively integrate the advantages of distributed generation and improve the capacity of self-healing and anti-external burst interference of the distribution network, in order to achieve grid-connected power generation by more green renewable energy, and minimize its adverse impact to the power grid. This paper firstly introduces the main features and problems of the distribution network monitoring. Then, the main function of the micro-grid monitoring system is described based on concepts and characteristics of micro-grid. At last, there is some suggestions for micro gird monitoring technology.

Abstract: To increase the quality of holographic correlation peaks, near stoichiometric Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals is used as memory and correlator due to its better uniformity and optical quality. A correlation peaks allocation algorithm based on neighborhood variance increment is presented, which is on the foundation of neighborhood entropy. This algorithm not only can distinguish target from edge texture, but also is not influenced by background intensity. With 1000 holograms stored, it takes less than 4 seconds to allocate correlation peaks accurately against correlation output image with 1024×768 pixels, and a satisfied recognition result is also achieved.

Abstract: Gantry dual direct drive mechanism has lots of advantages in translation process for large-sized high speed machine tools. In order to explore the temperature factors inducing thermal deformation behavior of the mechanism, a methodology with self-tuning partial least squares (PLS) linear regression was brought forward to analyze the thermal process on the basis of experiments with a system of thermocouples and interferometer. Temperature variations from the points where the thermocouples were attached were screened intelligently with genetic algorithm in the regression calculations. With the resultant self-tuning PLS regression, the relations between temperature distribution characteristics of those a few screened points and thermal errors were explored in a discussion. The test results from this obtained regression model show that the proposed method can effectively filter the multiple correlations of the temperature variables and reach high identification accuracy. As a result, the study provides a theoretical foundation for both better design of the mechanism and online error compensation requirement.

Abstract: For a class of discrete nonlinear singularly perturbed systems, a tracking controller based on fuzzy singularly perturbed model (FSPM) and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed. Firstly, a series of dynamic TS fuzzy singularly perturbed subsystems are built to approximate a discrete nonlinear singularly perturbed system and a discrete reference model with the same fuzzy premise is chosen to design expected trajectory, then a kind of controller is developed to make the slow states of the closed-loop system follow those of the reference model. The linear feedback gain of the controller can be solved by the LMI approach. Discrete Lyapunov constitute techniques prove the stability of the closed-loop systems. The effectiveness of the approach is illustrated by the simulation experimentation.

Abstract: Switching power supply is an important field of application of power electronic technology, the high frequency switching DC power supply with high efficiency, small size, light weight and other advantages obtain the widespread application. The application of synchronous rectifier technology, photoelectric coupling isolation technology and the active clamp forward converter design high frequency switching power supply with 16~40V DC input and 5V/100W DC output . its operational principle is analyzed, and using LM5026 control chip describes design method of switching power supply.

Abstract: With the development of Internet technology and embedded technology, the network measurement system is becoming a new trend of measuring technology. This paper described a remote measurement system in Browser/Server (B/S) structure and the embedded design, hardware structure and software. The measurement experiment is already set up and some parameters tested is given. In this remote measurement and control system, LM3S8962, the microprocessor is used, and RL-ARM is used as the operating system, and CGI and AJAX technologies is also introduced to enhance performance.

Abstract: This paper researches a fuzzy control method for passive flexible joint robot. Stability control method applying T-S fuzzy model is employed for single-link flexible joint robot. T-S fuzzy model is used to approximate the flexible joint robot firstly, and then fuzzy controller is developed based on the principle of parallel distributed compensation. The fuzzy controller is also applied to the passive properties of model error. The stability conditions are proposed by Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequalities are also applied to solve the controller parameters. Simulation results show that the proposed method of application value.

Abstract: Owing to fuzzy detail and distortion of underwater image and complex changes of target, the underwater target tracking system requires accuracy and continuity of tracking, and expects that the size of tracking window can adapt to appearance change of target. According to the requirements mentioned above, the underwater target tracking algorithm based on an improved color matching is proposed, which finds the best location of target through tracking accuracy algorithm and calculates width of window on the basis of tracking window size variation algorithm. The experimental results show that this algorithm can adaptively track the real-time target and has higher accuracy than traditional color matching algorithm.

Abstract: Control system with position sensor is susceptible to the severe environment such as high temperature, humidity and vibration, which reduce the stability of control system. Position sensorless control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor need not position sensor so that it can use in abominable environment. According to three phases voltage and two phases current measured from motor, the position and speed of motors mover can be estimated directly based on extended Kalman filter algorithm which is a kind of recursive algorithm. So position sensorless close loop control of PMLSM can be realized.
