Application Research of Computer Technology in the Xiazhoubifeng Tea Processing
Abstract:
The famous tea occupies an important position in the tea industry of China, but the quality is not stability. Using computer technology to study th change rules between the color and the moisture content in the processing of Xiazhoubifeng tea, the results showed that the color parameter R and G is strongly associated with the moisture content of tea in the whithering process, the correlation coefficients of them is above 0.95; When the moisture content of Xiazhoubifeng tea is 4%-7%, the color parameter L of whole tea is between the 18 and 19, the color parameter a is between-3 and-4, the color parameter b is between 3 and 4; Finally a test that was guided the xiazhoubifeng tea production with the computer technology achieved satisfactory results.
