The Research on PLC-Based Control Method for Large Machinery Lifting Equipments

Article Preview

Abstract:

Due to the difficulty to build accuracy mathematical model, the traditional method has some problems in setting system parameters. At the same time, the deficiency in the system control reduces the reliability and the safety of control system of PLC large mechanical lifting equipments leading to low control quality. In order to solve the problems, this paper presents a PID algorithm and applies it in to the control of PLC large mechanical lifting equipments. The experimental results show that the algorithm effectively realizes the self-tuning of PID parameters and increases the control quality of PLC large mechanical lifting equipments.
