Facade Rendering Disorders of Building Envelopes and the Classification the Underlying Factors of Creation Failures

Abstract:

There is a group of building structures having facade rendering as surface finishing, except for a large family of glazing facades and facing facades. This group of structures puts the finishing touches to our everyday space in architectural terms considering not only the colours, but also various facade rendering finishes structure. On the contrary, in practice there are different kinds of facade rendering disorders. In terms of generation of facade rendering disorders, facades rendering sloughing as well as cracks formation within the facade rendering or in blocks and fittings joint areas, which can cause extensive defects, are the biggest problematic issues.
