An Exploration of the Holiday Independent Practice of College Nursing Students

Abstract:

Objective Holiday independent practice based on college students major in nursing was attempted in practical teaching to explore its feasibility and effects. Methods To guide and encourage students of nursing major to take independent practice and make probation diary during summer holiday, to investigate the effects of 187 participants. Results 93.05% students think highly of the independent probation, 88.77% students think that deepens the understanding of the major, 90.91% students think that improves the activeness of study, 87.14% students think that helps the further courses study, 88.24% students think that enhances the interpersonal communication, 95.72% students think they become familiar with the hospital and nursing services, 88.77% students approve of the group probation. Conclusion Holiday independent probation is practicable that develops the students subjectivity.
