Synthesis and Properties of Solidied Inhibitors

Abstract:

Dimeric oleic acid and diethlenetriamine were used to react with chloroacetic acid to getenerate quaternary ammonium of double-alkyl and double-annular imidazolinesolid inhibitors. The synthesis result was imidazolined quaternary ammonium salt by the infrared spectroscopy. The test results show that the inhibitation efficiency is increasing with the content of double-annular imidazolinesolid inhibitors at first, and then doesn’t increase any more, when the content is up to 0.3g/L. The corrosion morphology on N80 steel surface is uniform corrosion in low concentration; when the content up to 0.3g/L, then there is only invisible sign of corrosion unless a few pitting corrosion.
