Information Technology Based Supervision and Management of Online Drug Transactions in China

Abstract:

In order to provide references for regulating the behavior of online drug transactions in china, the suggestions for strengthening the regulation of online drug transactions in china is put forward by analyzing the development situation of online drug transactions in china, as well as comparing with the regulation mode between china and foreign countries. The online drug transactions market in china is developing rapidly, but the illegal problems are serious. While drawing on the experience from foreign countries, we should speed up to formulate legislations for online drug transactions, use drug electronic supervision technology to ensure drug quality and give full play to the industry association and the consumer in the role of social supervision.
