Abstract:

Power grid crisis that have taken place at home and abroad warns the importance of power grid crisis management. This paper studies the development of the theory on power grid crisis management. Deficiency of the traditional human-intelligence decision-making rule indicates the necessity of research on Online Intelligent Decision-making System of Power-grid Security based on Data Mining. This paper also introduces the development of relevant theory and its concrete application. Research on the above will have profound significance for China to deal with power grid crisis.
