Analysis of Elements of Large Intercity Bus Operating Conditions Based on Reliability Research

Article Preview

Abstract:

The Auto-Proving-Ground test cant reveal all problems of testing vehicles. Establishing a more suitable and accurate test for reliability index of auto-mobiles has become an important issue. The operating states data of coaches that running from Hefei to Zhengzhou has been collected in this paper, principal component analysis, and clustering analysis were then used to obtain the main factors that necessary for researching intercity bus reliability. The road condition, the ratio of idling, acceleration, deceleration and constant velocity has been determined based on the real drive condition. The acceleration in the y direction also has been taken into consideration when the bus steer. Based on the factors we improve the effectiveness and rationality of tests, which is in favor of building the system of rapid detection and evaluation for vehicles reliability.
