Abstract:

What kind of organization structure on technology innovation and the success of the construction project has a significant impact on technology innovation. In this paper, from the angle of organization construction by the target node, link, and protocol four factors based enterprise leading construction organization innovation network engineering technology, strive to achieve network organization needs lead, Relationship Agreement, system design, incentive and restraint, culture management and boundary governance management bottleneck six organizational function break through technical innovation of construction enterprises, and provides a new idea for the technology innovation management of construction enterprises.
