Let the Historic District Shine Again

Abstract:

Sanxuejie, an important historic district in Xi'an. It is currently facing a slow transformation process, poor infrastructure, neighborhood development lags and some other issues, but the most difficult part is the shortage of funds and neighborhood residents transformation underpowered. In this paper, we put forward organic updated strategies with eco-development ideas, and the entire block will be divided into different sections to coordinate with the phased transformation, this kind of transformation stages can raise funds to alleviate the problem of lack of funds, in order to allow the transformation of neighborhoods starting one by one.
