Process Optimization for Pedestal Parts in Wire Crimper

Article Preview

Abstract:

Aimed at the technological difficulties such as low production efficiency and low product precision that “pedestal parts in wire crimper” in certain enterprise encounter in the actual processing steps, after making comparison with beat optimization method, the paper takes the measure of fixture optimization design to improve production efficiency, and then utilizes orthogonal experiment method to optimize cutting parameters in cutter and improve the surface quality of products. Moreover, UGCAM is employed to make simulation verification and then production practice is conducted thanks to the data and optimization scheme, so as to obtain the qualified products and improve the production efficiency, thus providing reference frame for how to improve production efficiency and surface quality in small parts with complicated surface through process optimization.
