The Numerical Simulation and Experiment of Pulse Transmission in Fiber Lasers Based on Dispersion Management

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper uses the split-step Fourier transform method to solve the higher-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation for the transmission of the soliton pulse in the optical fiber, studies the evolution laws of the generation and transmission of the short pulse by changing intracavity dispersion distribution and validates the mode locking and transmission characteristics of the pulse under dispersion management.
