Abstract:

Although the research on dynamic capabilities is considered to be one of the most promising strategy genres, nearly twenty years development proved that is not true. One of the reasons is that it not systematically expounds the creation, development and reconstruction process of dynamic capability. This paper through summary the forming process of dynamic capabilities, in order to promote the further development of the theory of dynamic capability, and provides reference for the development of enterprises.
