Parameter Identification and Comparative Analysis of Three Kinds of Rubber Bushing Model

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the process of vehicle design, the applications of large numbers of rubber bushing have great influence on adjusting and improving vehicle subjective performance and dynamic quality. In order to perform the characteristics of the rubber bushing more accurate, three models were selected as the object to study, such as Kelvin-Voigt model, Berg model and ASCL model proposed by the state key laboratory of automobile dynamic simulation. Static and dynamic forces were loaded to obtain experimental data. By analyzing the complex stiffness, the static and dynamic parameters of the three models are identified using the least square method. Finally, an analysis was carried out to compare the bearing characteristics of the three rubber bushing models.
