Abstract: As the development of the advanced information and computer science, the information processing and information management systems are widely introduced into the campus, which assist the process of the education. In the P.E education, the traditional education management is relied on the handed records which can hardly be used for the advanced analysis to promote the teaching and training. This nature in this new-coming century is changing by the modern information processing and management method. However, for the college P.E teaching and training, the teaching management system is lack. To solve this problem this paper proposed a novel P.E education manage system developed by us, this management system has been applied in our college the performance of this system for promoting the education process and enhancing the quality of the education has been demonstrated.

Abstract: This paper argues that MOOC is really a great opportunity to higher education in the west, but MOOC is not panacea, has its own limitations. Perhaps MOOC can help the Faculty to promote their theory and technology, change the students’ learning methods, and optimize the management processes. But not all learners entered MOOC will become active learners. Compared with the traditional network courses, MOOC has a free open mode, large-scale, community, self-organization and other characteristics, which will bring the huge innovations to universities in the western regions. With the development of western area, people eager for new knowledge, MOOC will have a huge impact on higher education in the west.

Abstract: Social practice for Electrical Engineering’s student is one of the important means of quality education in Colleges and universities; what’s more, it is also an important part for students to known the society deeply and applies what they learn to it. However, the social practice system is not perfect at present stage. There are still some problems ,such as the lack of social practice bases,the short practice time ,and the single ways of practice .This paper analysis these problems which exist in the social practice activities of colleges, puts forward some improved methods and then makes a useful attempt to improve college students' social practice.

Abstract: As the development of the advanced information technology, the modern technologies including the information and computer technologies are bring into the campuses. The modern information technology, such as the multimedia technology, the computer science as well as the network technology are taken as the available tools to present vivid samples to the students for education and entertainment, helping the college students to clearly and deeply understand the information, knowledge and enriching their life. Specialized to the ideology of the college students, this paper presented the influence of the modern information technology to the ideology of college students. The benefit and weakness of the introducing the modern information technology into the campuses is analyzed. Moreover, we proposed a series of method for properly utilizing the modern information technology, forming a novel pattern of the utilization of the modern information technology.

Abstract: As the development of the multimedia and computer science, various advanced technologies are generalized to the education tasks. In this paper, specialized to the physical education, we present the application of the multimedia and computer technology in the process of the education. The key of the multimedia and computer technology is presented as discuss, which would contribute to the development of the physical education.

Abstract: Augmented reality can create a learning environment to learners, combining the actual condition of let them around to see the real environment at the same time, also can see a computer, virtual information generated by mobile phones as the implementation of the augmented reality application platform, due to the mobility, portability, and human-computer interaction, etc, has strong advantage, and therefore more mobile learning application prospect, this paper discusses the structure of augmented reality based on mobile phone key technology and main function features, on the basis of to augmented reality based on mobile phone and its application in mobile learning has a deeper understanding.

Abstract: With the further development of Internet technology and the popularity of Low Carbon Economy , cloud computing applications and services have influenced people's daily life greatly including study. Cloud computing brings new ideas to English teachers on constructing English teaching auxiliary site. From the definition of cloud computing, this paper discusses the ways and give some suggestion on constructing English teaching auxiliary website.

Abstract: In this paper, the petroleum college students make a preliminary exploration about how to develop information literacy, making a helpful attempt for the growth and success of college students. As the highly development of the informational technology, we are surrounded by a large variety of information. It is of vital important to have proper information literacy. As a student of Petroleum College, which is trained for oil field as a senior technical personnel by Petroleum College, should adapt to the development of the times, constantly improve their information literacy in themselves.

Abstract: Virtual machine technology in the application of computer teaching is more and more widely, this paper introduces the principle and characteristics of virtualization technology, and problems in the teaching, points out that in the computer teaching must strengthen the ability of the computer courses can use it. Combined with their actual experience, in view of the virtual machine technology in the application of computer teaching makes some discussion and to build perfect, convenient and efficient experimental effect.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of society and technology, modern information technology has been applied to almost every aspect of social production and social life. Moreover, applying modern information technology to education and binding modern information technology to education sufficiently can be a very effective method to improve the current situation of education, to raise the educational quality and to strengthen the development of information technology. Introducing information technology into PE(physical education) classes is not only a significant presentation of the reform for teaching forms in PE but also the satisfaction for the demands the social development making on education. This paper gives a brief analysis of how to introduce reasonable information technology into PE classes.
