Abstract: In order to solve the problems about picked film and tore film and kind of holes with seedlings dislocation which to be caused by the traditional film seeding machine, also to meet the requirements of planting techniques of dry-land corn whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges in northwest China. A direct insert corn precision hill-seeder with whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges was designed. By using ADAMS software to simulation research of sow trajectory about prototype hole-former, obtained the displacement curve that relative to the ground in the X, Y direction and simulated the vertical insert of trajectory curve in the process of planting. With evaluating the working performance of direct insert precision hill-seeder with corn whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges, which to meet the requirements of agronomic techniques of dry-land corn furrow seeder with whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges.

Abstract: This paper describes a new sine-fit method for estimating the time-base distortion based on inner-triggering mechanism. In order to improve the efficiency of the iteration, the method uses sub-iterations to get the iterative initial value. Since the instrument based on inner-triggering mechanism was difficult to measure orthogonal signals, the method does not require two sets of mutually orthogonal sinusoidal calibration signal, but requires multiple sinusoidal calibration signals with different phases and frequencies. The experiments show that the method is used to estimate the time-base distortion based on sequential equivalent sampling.

Abstract: In computer graphics, Stereo Vision has been a research hotspot for many years, and it is been widely used in many areas. Stereo Vision is a technique which utilizes computer to simulate human eye system. In order to achieve this simulation, two main problems need to be solved: camera calibration and stereo matching. We focus on stereo matching in this paper. After years of development some achievements have been made in stereo matching, but some problems remain unsolved. The two most important things concerned in stereo vision trend to be contradictory: accuracy and efficiency. This paper presents a method called Advanced-Census which is a good combination of SAD and Census. When finding corresponding pixel in left and right image, SAD can get high accuracy with low speed and Census have the opposite result. Advanced-Census has advantages of both SAD and Census. It retains the speed of Census while having the accuracy of SAD. Although it has the speed of Census but not enough for practical applications, so we speed up Advanced-Census using multi-thread technique and edge detection. After speeding up, Advanced-Census gets nearly real-time performance.

Abstract: A new approach to weapons and equipment effectiveness evaluation based on artificial neural network (ANN) performs better than traditional method, which is in view of the complex relationship between the effectiveness and many factors that influence the evaluation. The structure and learning algorithm of BP neural network is evaluated the fighters’ air-to-air combat capability. The evaluation is accomplished by a two-layer BP neural network and MATLAB toolbox. The simulation results show that the artificial neural network have better generalization ability and approximation performance for continuous function, which is valuable in weapons and equipment effectiveness evaluation application.

Abstract: The paper present a Gabor frame sampling system for sampling signals made up by multipulse with unknown shapes and time positions below Nyquist rate. The sampling system model is analyzed and the minimum sample number for recovery the signal perfectly is deduced. B-spline windows are chosen as the Gabor windows with the dual windows well derived. Simulation in different case shows the method satisfies the sampling and recovery requirement.

Abstract: Keyer technology is the mainstream of computer graphics technology, this article first made a simple statement of the keyer technical background and application , then divided matting technology into two categories: hard keyer and soft keyer and some of their commonly used algorithms, at the same time this article pointed out the technical problem of the existing keyer technology and some improvement methods, finally combining with the commonly used several methods, had a video as experiments and showed the results.

Abstract: Tangentbug algorithm requires the robot to select the moving point by the distance of the intersection of the partial scanned tangent picture, thus the algorithm is simple and of high real-time characteristics. Robot obstacle avoidance game is a regular event of FIRA ROBO WORLD CUP (Robot World Cup Soccer League). This article applies the Tangentbug algorithm into the obstacle avoidance by NAO robot, gets partial map information by NAO robot vision sensor, and analyzes and processes image information. By a few steps such as visual processing, corner extraction, distance conversion, direction calculation, and angle calculation, we get the motion paths of robot. The experimental results show that, Tangentbug can produce a shorter path in a short period of time.

Abstract: To render terrain realistically and efficiently, we firstly introduce projected grid to construct terrain coarse meshes. Projected grid uses longest edge bisection, taking advantages of fracture eliminating, to implement triangle subdivision. To realize adaptive refinement of terrain coarse meshes, we introduce the concept of bounding sphere and the idea of unsaturated error metric, design GPU unsaturated error metric based on bounding sphere, in order to implement terrain LOD modeling finally. Experimental results show that projected grid avoids culling and improves the speed of terrain rendering, GPU unsaturated error metric can select terrain coarse meshes nodes accurately, reduce triangles number and keep terrain feature. As a result, the algorithm can achieve a high FPS and a good visual effect, implement terrain real-time rendering.

Abstract: The fault diagnosis of the history, present situation and main trend is reviewed. Based on a comparison of the traditional remote monitoring and diagnosis system, provides the architecture of a remote monitoring and diagnosis system. The remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system architecture for two dust removal fan remote monitoring system, the related research and development of the function and fault diagnosis research of the monitoring system, through the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system can understand two dust removal fan running status, ensure the wind machine running status in the design constraints. It is proposed based on a nonlinear autoregressive moving average model, tested the sunspot data, then the model is applied to fault diagnosis of fan, the experimental results show that, the linear model and the traditional prediction model, has the high prediction accuracy, a new method is proposed for the Metallurgic Fan Machinery Fault diagnosis.

Abstract: The study conducted in this paper is mainly driven by the topological characteristics of the structures that the interactions among the variables of the problems provide. Taking as reference the emergent field of complex networks, we generate a wide spectrum of networks that will serve as problem structures. Then, the impact that the topological characteristics of those networks have, both in the hardness of the optimization problem and in the behavior of the EDA, is analyzed. This reveals a relationship among the topology of the problem structure, the difficulty of the problems and the dependences that the algorithm needs to learn in order to solve the problems.
