Abstract: Recently, the weakness of existing compressive sensing process from the perspective of the chosen-plaintext attack is discovered. Some algorithms directly use Gaussian matrix as the measurement matrix to do linear dimension reduction projection, which will fail to resist chosen-plaintext attack. To enhance the security and performance of compressive sensing process, double random phase encoding based block compressive sensing is designed, which is chaos-based random phase encoding in fractional Fourier domain for each image block. Moreover, image encryption method using DRPE-based block compressive sensing-combined random phase encoding is proposed. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed encryption method not only achieves high security level but also has better reconstruction quality compared with other existing encryption methods. Keywords: Securely compressive sensing, fractional Fourier transform, random phase encoding

Abstract: Gamut extension algorithm transforms a picture to display in wide gamut, exerting a good performance. However, human skin color belongs to static color, if extended, it would look unnatural and affect the beauty of the image. So we presents an algorithm for protecting skin color during color gamut extension. Firstly, we initially identify skin color regions. Then, according to probabilistic model, a new method that we use it to avoid looking hair as face skin with similar color. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method does protect skin color and improve performance.

Abstract: In view of the traditional image difference method for camera movement under the condition of low accuracy on moving target detection, the image difference method based on bionic compound eye moving target detection algorithm was proposed and optimized. It used the image difference method based on bionic compound eye to detect the moving targets, and optimize the result by pixel interpolation and the ratio. The experimental conclusions show that the accuracy about new motion detection method is 25% higher than the traditional method.

Abstract: Aimed at the higher requirements for spacecraft navigation accuracy and shortcomings of traditional radio interferometry methods, this paper analyzes the advantages of phase referencing imaging used in deep space navigation, and then gives an introduction of its application in several missions. Finally, combined with the ground stations configuration and facilities in China, the feasibility of carrying out such experiments is discussed, as well as the possible measurement errors. The conclusion is that China has the ability to do phase referencing imaging experiments, and the available precision is about 4 nanorad (nrad). It’s hopeful to apply this technique into Chinese future deep space exploration.

Abstract: The supply capacity of mine resources is influenced by the production capacity, ore grades, reserves. In accordance with the analysis of different indicators, resources’ supply capacity of mines are not the same. Multivariate cluster analysis avoids the defects of the evaluation of single index. By using the method of multivariate cluster analysis to analyze on the medium-sized open iron mines in China, and the results show that open pit iron mines in China can be divided into four categories. According to the different characteristics, different strategies should be taken to improve the supply capability of resources.

Abstract: In recent years, as the UAVs route planning in the war becomes more and more important, many scholars pay much attention to its research both at home and abroad. Route planning of UAV is the key of successfully complete task and achieve the target of protection. In the route planning process, in order to obtain an optimal or suboptimal route, we needs to consider the terrain, threat, body performance and many other factors. In this paper, we talk the research background of route planning and research status at home and abroad. At last, we give a brief summary for the trend of route planning in the future.

Abstract: In intelligence control, applying the method of optimal non-linear filtering and majorized algorithm, this paper discusses the optimal control of a kind of incomplete data and continuous nonstationary stochastic process; yields two optimal control mathematical models in these two situations; illustrates how to establish the optimal coding and decoding of the nonstationary stochastic process; and provides an effective and reliable approach for the optimal control of such a process.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of blind detection in receiving end, this paper deeply considered structure of the PDCCH multiplexing data and analyze the current algorithm. A more efficient algorithm based on preprocessing the PDCCH multiplexing data in certain search space is proposed in this paper. This algorithm ably reduces the blind detection times.

Abstract: Cluster stability includes intra-cluster and inter-cluster stability. They will make important influence on clustering performance. So they should be paid attention at the same time. MSWCA only considers on intra-cluster stability, but neglects inter-cluster stability, which is bound to affect the clustering performance. Aiming at the above problem, NCA (New Clustering Algorithm) was proposed in this paper. NCA considers on intra-cluster and inter-cluster stability, which can improve cluster stability and reduce clustering overheads.

Abstract: Estimation of Distribution Algorithms (EDAs) are a set of algorithms that belong to the field of Evolutionary Computation. In EDAs there are neither crossover nor mutation operators. Instead, the new population of individuals is sampled from a probability distribution, which is estimated from a database that contains the selected individuals from the previous generation. Thus, the interrelations between the different variables that represent the individuals may be explicitly expressed through the joint probability distribution associated with the individuals selected at each generation.
