Abstract: This paper presents a formal model of monopoly e-commerce platforms owned by a third party in spot trading modes using analyzing the transaction process and service supply chain relationship .for more benefits, the platform owner must aim at transaction services of staple commodities with high price elasticity and large quantities of market supply and demand, while reducing the marginal usage costs of buyers and suppliers with effective measures.

Abstract: The impulse buying is a special kind of irrational behavior; the impact factor has been research hotspot of scholars and the focus of companies. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of impulse buying and the literature of impulse buying, we realize time pressure is the important influencing factor on impulse buying. In this paper, we study time pressure effects on impulse buying behavior, and the need for cognitive closure of intermediary role and regulation of demographic variables in promotion situation, on the basis of that we constructed the model of under time pressure effects on impulse buying in promotion situation. We expect this paper can promote the related theory research of impulse buying, and provide theory basis for merchants take reasonable promotion methods.

Abstract: As the development of the advanced remote sensing devices, various high-quality remote sensing data provide us with reliable evidence for tourism resource investigating. In contrast to the traditional method for tourism resource investigation, the remote sensing data based method is intelligent and with low cost in manpower resource. Moreover, the reliance of the given results is enhanced. This paper proposed a remote sensing image processing method for the tourism resource investigation. First, the remote sensing image is segmented. Then the segmented image region is recognized, the tourism resource and the irrelative objects is classified. Finally, the tourism resource in the remote sensing image is given and processed by the mathematical method.

Abstract: The methodology is proposed to value a project based on real options model firstly. Then the BOPM is used to value a project and the empirical results are compared with the results which are based on NPV approach. The results favor the application of the real option theory and show that the option value have important role on investment decision. The results show that the real option approach is more rational than the traditional NPV approach in valuing project because the uncertainty is considered in real option approach. The uncertainty with respect to project return has a substantial effect on investment decision, which is only explained by the option theory.

Abstract: Establishing traffic fluctuation model considering different factors: learning from fluid mechanics, in the initial state on the basis of the length of the team, apply irrotational wave that characterize the condition of vehicle’s congestion and ease to characterize the dynamic changes of vehicle queue lengths and to build volatility traffic model. From the perspective of factors that the effect wave propagation velocity, research the model into two conditions: whether the new vehicles and the originals can meet at the upstream of the cross section of the accident or not. In the meantime, in each situation, interception intersection’s signal cycle as calculation period to simulate cycle data towards time.

Abstract: CI activity coordination can be probably achieved by adjusting the spending ratio scale, which will economize payoff and regulate information service providers decision. The paper revealed that heterogeneity between the two information service providers through a signaling game model in which signal set was the combine of CI quality standard term. The result shows that a quality standard about CI should be designed in contract which provides a signal for information service provider to self-certify its own true type and is in favor of screening for enterprise. It also gave a simulation example to illustrate the implementation mechanism.

Abstract: This article uses the PCA method (Principal component analysis) to evaluate the level of corporate governance. PCA is used to analyze the correlation among 10 original indicators, and extract some principal components so that most of the information of the original indicators is extracted. The formulation of the index of corporate governance can be got by calculating the weight based on the variance contribution rate of the principal component, which can comprehensively evaluate corporate governance.

Abstract: With the rapid development of international trade,many companies begin to use the electronic mode in trade, orders ,negotiation, contracts, customs clearance, logistics and other business.Information technology could improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.However, for the complexity of international trade business, it is necessary to communicate with many business-oriented management and government departments. Thus, how to deal with cross-border large scale identity authentication between the users and the systems becomes a difficult issue. This paper discusses the cloud certification service platform constructed with the interconnection based on PKI,multi-level authentication and single window service mode and other technologies. The scheme could make full use of the existing infrastructure in transnational trade.

Abstract: To prevent underground blasting accidents, fault tree analysis (FTA), a method for identifying and evaluating hazard in safety theory, is used to throughly analyze underground blasting technology. With calculating the minimum cut set and path set, causes of blasting accidents are determined. And corresponding preventions are formulated.
