Abstract:

Based on the analysis of enterprise transformations connotation, characteristics and the characteristics of the enterprise internal communication during the transitional period, this paper orderly analyzes the subject and object, the content and barriers according to three stages that must pass: awakening and thawing period, reshaping and internalizing period and integrating and freezing period, hopingly to provide managers with advice for the smooth transformation.
