Optimization of Plastic Trunk Lid Molding Parameters Based on ANN

Abstract:

A trunk lid plate is taken as an example and Fiberglass-reinforced PET material is used to replace steel for weight-saving in this paper. Chooseinjection molding as plates forming methodto find the optimal parameters in given range. To predict plastic parts warpage under different injection parameters and find the optimal parameters, the method of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used.
