Abstract: Because the performance of LDPC codes is better than Turbo codes, convolution codes, etc., so the combination of LDPC codes and the OFDM technology has higher effectiveness. Traditional LDPC decoding algorithm (BP algorithm) exists large amounts of multiplication, division and index calculation, and when decoding cycle, its computational cost will increase exponentially, which not only increases the complexity, and makes the numerical stability of the algorithm deteriorates, therefore, in this paper, we propose an improved decoding algorithm, namely the combination algorithm of Offset-BP-base and Offset BP. In the AWGN channel environment and the rotational modulation of OFDM, compared with LLR BP algorithm and BP-based algorithm, the improved algorithm improves the performance of the system, and the complexity is reduced.

Abstract: A kind of MELP vocode is designed based on DSP TMS320VC5509A in this article. Firstly, it expatiates the MELP algorithm,then the idea of modeling and realization process on DSP based is proposed. At last we can complete the function simulation of the encoding and decoding system,and the experiment result shows that the synthetical signals fit well with the original ones, and the quality of the speech got from the vocoder is good.

Abstract: . In MG environment, resource consumers choose the optimal resource service according to their non-functional demands for quality of service (QoS) in terms of service execution time, reliability, and availability. Non-functional requirements of QoS can be organized and managed by utilizing Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. In this study, architectures with QoS oriented mechanism with four layers for MG on the basis of SLA are provided. On the basis of the QoS oriented architectures, the management processes of SLA creation, negotiation and matching, monitoring and verification are discussed. Finally, a simple case is provided.

Abstract: P2P Live streaming systems is unstructured mesh topology, except satisfying large-scale concurrent node access, it would also lead to long transmission delay due to excessive number of times of data transmission. In order to reduce the number of times of data transmission in the network, the node classification concurrent transmission algorithm is suggested in this paper, which makes the peer-level nodes concurrent to initiatively transmit data, avoiding the inefficient bandwidth utilization of random transmission request of node and high management cost; meanwhile, each level will continue to transmit data to its next-level nodes, triggering and continuously accelerating the concurrent transmission within this level, thus to achieve the maximum use of bandwidth and reduce the overall delay of transmission. Analyze by conducting mathematical modeling, when the data content is divided into enough copies by classification concurrent transmission algorithm, the total time unit spend in transmitting data blocks to all of the nodes and the average time unit spent on nodes are superior to those of the existing transmission algorithms.

Abstract: On the basis of rationality evaluation index of housing price, the main influencing factors of housing price were proposed. Through the analysis of 2004-2013 Xiangtan land prices, housing price, construction costs and taxes and other factors, it is concluded that the four main factors that affect Xiangtan City’s housing price are land prices, housing supply, construction costs and taxes.

Abstract: Graphic advertising design in visual communication teaching is a very inclusive curriculum. This paper is started based on the competition events that the author encountered when teaching graphic advertising design, the role of competition events in promoting the information communication of advertising design teaching is analyzed and the innovative superiority of advertising design teaching in a environment of competition events is introduced in this paper, the misunderstandings existed in the teaching practice of competition events is also discussed, expecting to optimize the combination of graphic advertising design curriculum and competition events.

Abstract: The 18th national Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) points out that we will achieve the goal of well-off society in 2020. It won’t complete well-off society as a whole without well-off of farmers; the well-off society can’t be regards as completed one without well-off of grain farmers. Heilongjiang, as the national first major grain-producing province, it is particularly necessary for us to study well-off of farmers in Heilongjiang. The paper analyzes the level of farmers’ income and the well-off standard, and finally comes to the conclusion that farmers’ income has stepped into the rapid growth stage and farmers’ income can achieve the well-off level before 2020 in Heilongjiang.

Abstract: The alterations of the water level in the middle reaches of Yangtze River were investigated using the range of variability approach based on daily water level datasets extracted from 5hydrological stations.Results show that the operation of the Three Gorges Dam disturbed the hydrologic regime downstream and directly affected the water level to some extent. The rate and frequency of water level changes was most altered, while the timing of annual extreme water level was least affected. For the overall degrees of hydrologic alteration, high degrees were identified in Yichang (56%) and Jianli (47%) reaches; moderate degrees in Hankou (45%) reaches; and low degrees in Chenglingji (37%) and Luoshan (40%) reaches. Water level alterations in the middle reaches of Yangtze River were mainly caused by human activitiessuch as dam construction in the upstream and in-channel sand dredging, and also natural hydrological processes.
