Abstract: Some significant differences about nucleosome positioning of different expression patterns gene have been found while researching the nucleosome positioning of Drosophila embryogenesis. The difference from the previous study was the restricted expression pattern gene incorporating H2A.Z into the-1 nucleosome in the upstream of Transcription Start Sites (TSS). Interestingly, compared with the nucleosome positioning of yeast genes, this nucleosome arrangement at gene of restricted expression pattern is similar with the characteristic found in yeast.

Abstract: Myocardial strain is a dimensionless quantity and is produced by application of stress. It represents the fractional or percentage change from the original or unstressed dimension and includes both lengthening, or expansion and shortening, or compression. In this paper, we proposed an algorithm to identify the heart dysfunctions through the comparison of the normalized strain and strain rate curves based on cubic B-spline interpolation, after non linear deformation of strain curves and vertical rescaling, abnormal curves can be identified visually based on the curves. Numerical verification of the proposed algorithm illustrated the effectiveness of it.

Abstract: In this paper, a Pipeline ADC applied in medical image sensor was designed, and the analog / digital operating voltage was 3.3/1.2V respectively, the area was 0.326mm2. Because the gain bootstrap op-amp structure has been improved and the dynamic comparator was used, which reduced the overall power consumption of the ADC. The simulation results showed that in the normal working mode, the total current of ADC was about 6.5 mA; when the sampling rate was lower than 17.5 MHz, the working mode was switched to the LP (low power) mode, and the total current was 4.5 mA. In addition, the tapeout test results showed that the other performance parameters of ADC were good, the sampling rate was 35 M/s, and SNR was 58dB.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the biocompatibility and degradation behavior of theophylline/chitosan microspheres, which has the potential application in pulmonary delivery system. Hemolysis test was carried out to estimate its blood toxicity. In vitro enzymatic hydrolysis was performed in 0.2 mg/ml lysozyme solution, while in vitro hydrolysis degradation was in 0.2 mol/L PBS solution (pH 7.4). The results of hemolysis test showed that the hemolysis rate was 4.771%, which showed that theophylline/chitosan microspheres had no hemolysis. The degradation rate of enzymatic hydrolysis and PBS hydrolysis was 62.66±2.1% and 37.79±1.2%, which indicates that degradation in lysozyme solution is faster than that in PBS solution. The morphology of microspheres with lysozyme and PBS solution developed into rough surfaces and became irregularly shaped. Accordingly, theophylline/chitosan microspheres possess preferable biocompability and degradation, which have promising potential for use as safe carrier in pulmonary drug delivery systems.

Abstract: By using EAI and Script node , Java and VRML are combined in this paper to develop a 3D interactive virtual scene. This scene overcomes the shortage of VRML in the aspect of interactivity and features the interaction between the user and the virtual scene. And a multi-user shared environment is also realized in this scene. Based on this structure , a frame of the virtual scene is constructed for education.

Abstract: Taking partial monosymmetrical and T type section Q235 steel beam as an example, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the paper had numerical analysis of overall stability of T type section and simply supported beam under the uniform load, and compared with the current code for design of steel structures. The paper discussed the effect of slenderness ratio. The results show when the T shaped section steel beam slenderness ratio is less than 120, numerical analysis method and the "standard" methods agree well, but when the slenderness ratio is greater than 120, the error is larger.

Abstract: Steel cutting machine is one of necessary equipments for steel batch processing. In order to meet the multiple needs of the engineering, realize the automation of the machine, improve the production efficiency, we have designed a steel bar cutting machine where steel bar is not only simply feeded and truncated again, also increased the reinforced straightening system and auxiliary storage devices etc. Broke the previous single reinforced truncated by manpower for operation, realized the automation of the steel processing, achieved a variety of functions of comprehensive coordination, effectively reduced the manpower, improved the production efficiency, greatly adapt to the actual needs of the project.

Abstract: Two-arm robots can get a greater structure flexibility and a better maneuverability, In this paper, a coordination system by using dual industrial robots for parametric surfaces polishing is presented. One robot holds and maneuvers a polishing workpiece, and the other robot moves the polishing tool. In order to improve time efficiency and surface quality, an adaptive path generation algorithm is proposed for the determination of efficient tool paths. The kinematic model of two-arm robots is also discussed.

Abstract: The cooling process of the blast furnace slag fibers was simulated and calculated by the numerical simulation software. The different length-diameter ratio fibers for 100:1 and 1000:1 were chosen and the temperature fields of the fibers cooling process under the different conditions were analyzed. The results showed that the single fiber’s solidification has begun at 0.1s, the fiber forms the whole shell on its surface at 0.9s, and the center of the fiber become solid at about 1.5s. Multi-fibers cooling process is different from the single fiber and the solidification time obviously become longer. 3-fibers’ solidification performs began at about 0.1s, and the whole solidification process needs about 5s.

Abstract: Based on finite element software ANSYS, the paper analyzed the overall stability of hot-rolled H shaped section Q235 steel beams with two symmetric axis under uniformly distributed loads, compared with the current code for design of steel structures, discussed the effect of high span ratio on the results of numerical simulation. The results show that when the high span ratio is less than 30, numerical analysis method and the standard methods agree well, but when the high span ratio exceeds 30, the error is big.
