Steel Straightening and Cutting Machine Design

Abstract:

Steel cutting machine is one of necessary equipments for steel batch processing. In order to meet the multiple needs of the engineering, realize the automation of the machine, improve the production efficiency, we have designed a steel bar cutting machine where steel bar is not only simply feeded and truncated again, also increased the reinforced straightening system and auxiliary storage devices etc. Broke the previous single reinforced truncated by manpower for operation, realized the automation of the steel processing, achieved a variety of functions of comprehensive coordination, effectively reduced the manpower, improved the production efficiency, greatly adapt to the actual needs of the project.
