Abstract:

This paper does a comprehensive research on SHE Case definition, objectives, standards, requirements and content involved in Oil & Gas operating company. The SHE case is developed as a demonstration that all necessary work has been carried out to ensure that risks have been reduced to ‘As Low As Reasonably Practicable’ (ALARP). Through research on SHE case requirements and content, we can see that SHE case can be used to prevent major accident.
