Analysis of Engineering Supervision Process Base on Asymmetric Information

Abstract:

Engineering supervision system in China has already implemented more than 20 years. As China's market economic system continuously has been improving, the current supervision system shows some problems and drawbacks. The market economy environment are not coordinated, which is unable to meet the practical requirement of engineering construction project management. Combined with the field of construction and supervision of the industry, systems analysis supervisor participate in bidding and supervision of the implementation of these two processes engineering supervision. Theoretical analysis of the use of information economics, demonstrate there is a serious information asymmetry among the owners of units, supervision units and the construction side. It is possible to perform by eliminating mandatory supervision, to improve the quality of supervision of staff capacity, to establish a credit rating system and network information platform and other measures to promote the project supervision stable operation.
