The Development Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese New Energy Industry

Abstract:

The development of Chinese new energy industry has very important effects of gravitation, external part and CDM mechanisms. However, this emerging industry is coming across bottleneck, because the implementation of laws and policies are not in place, the tax policy is not clear, the financial subsidies are imperfect, in addition, the science and technology behind are the important factors of restricting the development of Chinese new energy industry. Looking at the whole world, many developed countries aim to seize the commanding heights of the economy in the future, improve the environment, in order to pioneer the development of new energy industries, in which a lot sound policies and advanced technology request us to learn. Therefore, we should implement supportive policies, introduce positive financing policy, expand financing channels, optimize subsidy policy, construct the fiscal policy system that promoting the development of new energy industry, and enhance the capability of the independent innovation.
